In the modern history of the world,
our country was the one which had endured the most tragedy and ups and downs.
The anti- French war prolonged nearly hundred years (1858 – 1954) and the National
War 1945 – 1975. In the climax of this war, Vietnam became the battle field for
two blocks: Communist and Capitalist pouring every kind of weapon to compete
their strength. The Vietnamese people, one from the North, one from the South
of the same Lac Hong race, shouted, dashing and shooting to kill one another.
Sacred human life was distressed, the race with twelve million people were
killed, country was devastated!
What did the war achieve? What did
the victory reward to the nation?
We were taught from the teen-aged
time that “to advance to the Socialism” and “to love the country is to love the
socialism”. The Socialist Republic of Vietnam since 1976 to now, as the pride
in its name, has regressed and slipped backward further and further comparing
to the neighbors. That is the Shame of Inferiority!
Every day we hear unceasingly that
“Party with people likes fish with water”; “people has chosen Party; history
has chosen Party” etc…so we have the people’s police, people’s army to people
and for people. After having smashed assets and robbed land from the people by
nationalization, the national economy went into severe crisis. The Communist
Party had to re-admit the market economy but concentrated all power through rule by Party, regulations,
dictatorship leading to the abuse of power, impunity and cover-up. All the
economic, societal and political life have been dominated by the Party and
corruption. That is the Corruption Enemy!
II. APPELLATION

has gone into the historic line of Vietnam for almost two thousand years.

self-government to our people.
